EPA notifications?
Ok got pulled over last night, twice actually lol, but first one was with a unmarked police car, an basically he done the usual license check, an bretho, but is there a chance he can send a EPA letter without notification of the driver, as in me? Or must the officer on duty be required to tell the driver if they will be receiving a epa notice?
2nd time around was at a booze bus, they were checking the cars as well, but a quick glance, with a torch light and nothing more....

yes they can. just like if you drive past too loud/blowing smoke etc.. they just take down your number plates n send it through

thats quite a long time! but when, an if it arrives, ill look into a stock exhaust to clear it

yehh thats what i do when ever i get pulled over (havent been pulled over since ive moved to qld)
but cos my srs light was on, my loud exhaust and a few other things i just turned the car off...they just look over it but nothing ever really happens if your nice to them
