nah - waiting for my new brakes to arrive from japan - when they get installed my mechanic (guy who did the exhaust) is going to have a look into it
he did an amazing job if u ask me - i didnt ask for stainless either - he did the whole thing for like $300
headers cost $140 on ebay and the muffler was $40 from a member on here lol
the mufflers pretty dead tho - got a really bad drone to it

Yeah that is a really nice job, don't think the mechanics here can do that.

I'll be on the look out for updates!

yeah im really lucky to have my mechanic - he owns RMS Tuning in perth and Busselton Subaru Service down here in busselton
hes primarily a Subaru mechanic and he competes in ARC and WARC - my honda is the only other brand of car i have seen him work on
he did rally a EG hatch back in the 90s in asia tho so he kinda knows his way around it - and his wife used to have a Prelude too

hes always nagging me to buy a 2000 model WRX tho lol

which heat sheild? the one above the muffler or cat? yes leave that there ... ur muffler should have been installed better

i did ask my mechanic about that buzzing sound and he said its normal for the type of stainless hot-dog resonators that was used on my car
