if you don't know where to start then you should pay someone

don't assume, test components to be sure.

could just be the ignition coil located inside the dizzy.. and not the whole dizzy being faulty itself..
as above get it tested from a mechanic to see exactly what's wrong, no point forking out for an entire new dizzy if you don't need it

a new dizzy from honda is around $500. Could be the spark plugs etc. if your not sure like the bludger said, go to the mechanic. hopefully its not the dizzy

If your mate has the same car with the same OBD2 dizzy, take his off and test it on yours. If it works, it must be a blown coil in your own dizzy. You can open your dizzy up to check, and replace the coil within, or purchase a 2nd hand OBD2 dizzy from wreckor.

yeah my mates got the same so i might do that.. i've run a dizzy test and electricity comes but the spark test fails so theres a problem either in the coil i guess or in the spark leads.. thanks guys

Im putting money on the coil.. only 90 bucks from repco etc. And you can replace it yourself with easy. Its self explanatory. Take off dizzy cap. few screws. take it out. wack new one in. bolt up the wires with the screws, put cap back on. done
