Door light still "ON" when all door close on my GD3 !!!

Hi all,

I have a problem with my GD3 recently when all the doors were closed, the door symbol light on the dashboard still "ON" because I have an alarm install on my car so everytime when I try to turn on the alarm it notify me that the door is not close probably so ATM I can not turn on my alarm when I leave my car !! So, does anyone know what it actual happen ???

check the little things (cant think of what theyre called) on the door jam where the door rests up again.

Yep, check the switch on the main part of car where the door rests up against. It should 'make' earth to chassis when door is open, ie turn on the light. And 'break' open to earth when door is closed, ie turn light off.

when u say all doors, that will have to include ur hatch and also the bonnet !

mmm..check the boot...
when u close the boot...is the boot light still on? it happened with mine..i swear it looked fully closed from the outside.

Check fuel lid too just in case
