Hi I am currently run 195/50/15 on my GD3 and I will go to buy a new set of wheels with the measurement 16*7 +44 what tyre size should I get with the wheels??

*195/45/16
*205/45/16
*205/40/16

ive ran both 205/45/16 and 205/40/16 currently the latter at the moment, and it doesn't seem to fill the guards well just waiting until the tyres goes so I can put on some 45s
