Okay so I have four good tyres, one mismatched.

I thought this would be okay at first put then I remembered the one in the boot is different also.

Is this going to be a problem with RWC?

No, as long as they are all the same size (bar the spare, which needs to have the same rolling diameter), and they all have legal tread.

Do the rwc place even look at the spare? Last couple of times I've gotten rwc they never look at it. :S

Considering it's a defect not to have a spare tyre, you would imagine they would.

I thought you didn't need a spare but if you had one it has to be legal?
