    What tools do you need, I don't mind lending them to you guys.

    Since you removing the bumper to install the mesh.
    Why not install the Mugen style grille as well.

    Yeah. I agreed with you, its more of a personal taste.
    I have seen it on BBF car, the mugen grille actually makes the front of the car more rounded and continous finishing from bonnet to bumper .

    Anyway those who are interested to install the Mugen grille can PM me so that we can send them for painting togather.

    not really sure at this stage as looking at doing a custom pod box so not sure about airintake bit but ill come along, just tell me what i need for the air intake and ill come along and if i like what i see ill do it. i just want the noise, i doubt you'll get any real induction noise with just a panel filter and bigger air intake piping, i just want some noise to scare all those daihatsu sirion GTvi or what eva they called

    i think if u're after noise, u'll be disappointed. the intake pipe wouldn't make any noise as far as i'm concern. unless u have some big fat metal ones.

    date: 20 Feb 2005 (Sunday); David will be going overseas so this is pretty much the last day b4 he's off;

    time: TBA;

    venue: TBA, probably Sunflower Motors again (where we had our 1st DIY day, unless we had another place to go - open for suggestion)

    purpose: fitting radiator net & pipe for intake;

    Shaohao (the black Corolla guy who came along on Sat) is about to order some pipe for himself so i'm thinking about getting the pipes together. i guess we may need around 1.5m per car, please let me know if you want more or less;

    net should be available at Super Cheap/ Autobarn. can someone please do some price/availability research???

    Please reply if you're coming.

    i will advise the deadline for the pipe ordering soon.

    All suggestion is welcome.

    cheers
    Philip
