Basic mods for turbocharged engines

What mods would you perform on a stock turbo-charged car? (In order of modding)

1. Turbo-back exhaust system
2. CAI System
3. Bleed Valve/Boost Controller
4. Tyres/Wheels
5. Suspension

Suggestions? Comments? More parts to mod?

A stock turbo charged car will generally have a bit of power in reserve, so I would do:

1. Sports AirFilter
2. Exhaust system
3. Bigger Intercooler
4. boost controller and up the boost
5. BOV


After that then it gets too serious in terms of work and money
