Dear Expert

I have hond Odyssey 2000 2.3 liter, while ago 2009 I took it to honda dealer for general service and they reset the SRS light (at that time I did not know how to do it) for me and they told if the light comes on again then we have to replace the buckle for the seat belt , since then I didn't take the car to them again.

Now I know to how to reset the SRS light, I tried to reset it twice but after while SRS light stays on again.

I have read in the forum below that Honda warrants a seat belt for life

first off if they charged you for that they are f***in reatarted because with all hondas there is a LIFETIME guaranty on all seat belt related problems. If i was you i'd call honda and report that dealership cuz they ripped you off. And the whole reason i know this is because i work in a honda dealership in the shop myself. i deal with problems like that everyday and it's always the same thing the seatbelt switch in the buckle part is probably shorted out. like i said i'd report them to honda cuz that's wrong. just take it to another shop and they will probably tell you the same thing i just did. unless they are ripping people off like the other dealership. hope this helps you man.
Is that true ? I am going to try to ring honda to find out that
