changing gears

hey guys
My euro when i change gears it's really stiff like i mean stiff.. it started after i had change the clutch and flywheel just wondering if anyone has experience this problem? before i had change the clutch and flywheel changing gears was really smooth..

sounds like they used the wrong clutch fluid or poor quality clutch fluid.

Should get it checked.
