Lightbulb OEM Type R style rocket cover (B series)

First of all, this is my very first time to do the OEM type R style rocket cover. Before i do, i have searched a bit. Here is some something u might need to make that happen:

    1. VHT red wrinkle plus paint
    2. Paint Stripper
    3. Small steel brush
    4. sand paper 400 800
    5. Sanding Block
    6. Gloves
    7. Exacto knives
    8. painter tape

    OK. here we go.
here is my Poor JDM B16A

take off the cover and unplug the spark plug

    here is my tools

    !!!remember !!!
before u apply the paint stripper, take off the rubber gasket, otherwise will destroy the rubber gasket. Also, wear gloves when u do that, it will burn ur skin.

here is the pic after the paint stripper using steel brush to take off the old paint.
    quit nice huh?

using sand paper 400 first, then 800. clean it, then using hit gun, u guys can skip the hit gun section. point less. lol

using painters tape cover the spark plug holes and other small holes. And now u can apply the painting.

    here is the result.

now u can take the rocket cover to the oven. i set 120 degree for 30 mins

put the rocket cover back to the engine, oh don't forget the rubber gasket. lol
here is the last step for polishing the DOHC VTEC HONDA text using the sandy block!!!

all done.! ! isn't that easy??!!
