You could always just check the block itself. Most, if not all blocks have their engine code written on it on the lower half. Grab that, and it'll probably be of the d16 engine series.

Indy special came in Yellow not in any other colour with the sticker on it CXi

you have a D16y4 mate - and if your car is Red - then it's a fake Indy special
