was just after opinions on using a decat with my mugen twinloop catback?
has anyone on here tried this,
how would it sound ?

- It would stink, like rotten eggs.
- You might have a bit of smoke/smog coming out of your exhaust when idling.
- Higher chances of getting EPA'd by the few police out there who know their shit.
- Face fines of up to $20,000 for not running a cat.

I know a few people that run decat and are using a test pipe on the street. /s2k owners ahahha but anyways to answer your question.

Its gonna be louder for sure, probs sound better..
You may/may not see a increase in performance,
You will have more smoke comming out of you exhaust and if you are running rich you rear bumper is gonna become black in no time.
If you get pulled over by HWYs its gameover.

made it rasp
stinks like fuel vapors, even in the cabin with windows up
rear bar always dirty lol (damn white cars)

but i only did it because i thought my original cat was collapsing, so i just punched it out.

just was curious, because in my area altona meadows, heard a del sol cruising past with the same exhaust and was much louder, unless he was using a straight pipe instead of middle muffler ?
