    Question New bushings to fix slppy shifter?

    Hi guys

    i have a base '03 dc5 the 5sp shifter is pretty sloppy and has a bit of play when in gear i've read i can fix this by replacing the bushings on the shifter cable to metal over the current rubber? is this right?

    i'm about to order some from here http://www.speed-source.net/ as they're pretty cheap

    has anyone else done this? does it tighten up the shifter and make changing gears betterer?

    speed-source hasn't gotten back to me does anyone know where I can get these parts? should I just go OEM from honda?

    has anyone done this at all?
