trying to sell a part

i tried to create a new post in the parts for sale section for a part i want to sell. but it didn't allow me to do so. instead it said that my account doesn't have enough privileges. how do i get the privileges? :S

There is a sticky at the top of the parts for sale section which is called terms and conditions of posting, you should have read that first before trying to post in the for sale section.
