wet distributor or ignition lead? how to fix???

Hi, guys, due to a heavy rained last night, and incidentally left the hood open, I m suspecting the dizzy on my CRX (89') being wet, or either ignition leads, at the stage I m not 100% sure, but the problem with the car at the moment is:

the rev in low-end, it feels like somethings stuck then once rev up to 2,500 rpm its no issue, and its only happened in gear 1 or 2 especially when the engine runs in low rev.

So any suggestion or method I can perform to fix the problem, it seems getting better now but really annoying and I cannot drive like that mostly damage the engine...

    Thanks, guys.

pull everything apart and let it dry out.

pull the plugs out, crank it over with no plugs.

you got moisure in the dizzy

pull the cap off and clean the inside of the cap, ensure you do not mess up the firing order if you pull the leads off the cap.

I use compressed air to get allt he water out of the cap and dizzy, you can also try WD40
