My Honda life story
Hey guys!
Thought ill give myself an introduction since i've been on the forum for a while
Im Sam
okay bye!
LOL, jokes
Well since it is an introduction I might as well share my life story about my few Honda's that i've had in the past
It all started.. i actually don'tknow how it all started but I was convinced that my first car was going to be a Honda
and there she was..
cleanest EK4 you'd ever find! stock as a rock still running its cassette player, no tints, nothing.. took me 6 months to find
I can say that till today, she was the best car to drive.
Had a few memorable moments, it taught me how to drive manual, did my first push start, first few minor accidents
but the day came..
road trip with my closest friends and at the end of the day, all i can say about that is.. fking kangaroo's..
Well I had no intention for that to happen but it did, so the hunt for another car began, and it didn't stop until another 6 - 7 months later (im pretty anal about cars)
until I finally found something..
the moment when you see an ad about a car and you say to yourself, 'its mine', thats when you know its right (most of the time)
and here she is..
For those who know, its Jeff's DC2R.
he posted the car on OH that night, and that night I called him, deposit the day
from the time of purchase until now its been a beauty. Its such a fun car to drive whether its casually cruising with its sunroof up in the summer or the random flatfoots we need to do to munch them Holdens and Fords down princess HWY (LOL, only joking)
took her out on a few shoots, ill upload photos a few post's down, since probably thats what everyone wants to and not me rambling about my life.. half the people probably won't read this
cows can fly!
Because of my daily committment in the city (I live a good hour away and can't afford to park in the city), my daily commute is public transport
just like a lot of students from where we are, drive to station, train city and so forth
Well my occassional late home times, I wanted to get myself a cheap daily just for the sake of it
had heaps of options in mind, EG's EK's etc..
but I needed to be.. extra-ordinary, something thats OMGWTFGGQUITLIFE
maybe not.. but i came up with this
yes thats right.. Honda Civic RTX4WD!, EE3 as we call it
now long story short
I bought this in Sydney, Headgasket blew on the way back (FML)
bought this here (Victoria)
did what i needed to do
threw it in the bin and now I have myself a daily beater
okay obviously with these old things.. troubles left right centre
but when it comes ill deal with it then
other then that..
nice to meet everyone to says Hi, and everyone else
Sam

i did as a matter of fact, went a long way for it
after claiming my insurance I thought to myself, ill bring her back to life!
now insurance wouldn't tell me where abouts was the car, they told me it got sold off to an auction placed.
I had to trace it down from start to finish (from where my car was towed away)
I ended finding the car, and it looked like this..
I wasn't going to do a conversion then as I knew nothing, and still dont
very sad moment in my life
