Personally I'm a massive fan of 5Zigen and would pick them since I've had good experience with their products, however I have heard great things about the RMF. Have read crappy things about T1R, would avoid them personally.

I've go with whatever's cheaper if I were you.

No idea about the RMF but i had the 5zigen headers on my b16 ages ago and were awesome, considering the price i payed. were like 800 new or something, if i remember right. Good quality with good sound

I vote RMF, mostly because I have one and so does my mate on his DC2 vtir. He had the 5Zigen header,

his comment on RMF was it looks much better, a much harder pull from 5500RPM+, sounds raw on vtec compared to 5zigen, and price wise its cheaper than 5zigen.

Quality wise I'm not complaining, no cracks no leaks. Theres also threads on teamintegra comparing different headers with RMF, RMF was voted the best bang for buck header and still is, TODA even reccomended it for its price.

I searched the header I needed for a very long time, and I chose the RMF which in the end made me happy.

    Good luck

I didn't feel any loss in power low - mid range, I also didn't feel any increase either below 4500 RPM, but after that your pulling lots of power.

Heres this header vs other branded headers

And here is the RMF header again winning the best header for money in the US

As for clearance, 5zigen is better, but RMF isn't bad. It has way better clearance compared to those replica tri-y lol
