Accord Euro Wheel Fitment

Hey, looking at some wheels for a euro. Just wondering what specs of wheels are good for an accord euro in terms of fitment and what will fit.

Will 18x9 +30 fit? Obviously it needs rolled guards and camber kit(maybe) but it that too mexican or will it fit fine?

What specs are good for flush fitment and hellaflush fitment?
