I saw it at carboolture or sunny coast was many yrs ago now, need rewire, engine mounts (which it still does) and didnt start, and with regard to (this will be good) it really wasnt! lol.

its the exact same car mate...anyone in the crx scene knows it...I saw it in person, engine bay hasnt changed. The wheels are still the same lol.....but doesnt matter

i nearly bought it 6 years ago in melb, same mounts, wheels and ecu. owner was con or something from memory like gee said.
it needed to be engineered to get a rwc down here so it went interstate.

the cars great for a track car, but $3000 says it all.

somethings gotta be wrong, in your case i think it's just too hard to get rego'd "legally"
or at least in vic that was the case, it was selling for $7500 back then and nothing has changed.

yeah this was for sale on gumtree i saw it a couple of days ago i was going to check it out it was at little mountain sunny coast :P

Perfect for what it was bought for...a race car...new mounts,wheeels and slicks,paint job,roll cage,adjustable Koni suspension etc all on the way with an Adaptronic conversion...with change from $8500...LOTS of change...like $3000 less....bargain to me.
