it all depends how you use your right foot, and what sort of driving you do, and what mods you have.

it could be as good as 8l/100km, or as bad as 30l/100km

@OP: What is YOUR mileage like? Is there a problem? Otherwise this has been covered extensively.

    I don't have an EK4.

I wanted to see the difference between EK1 and EK4 fuel consumption - I did search but the results were vague

I got 420 as well on my B16a2.
Funny thing is now I get 420 on my b20vtec as well.
I guess its all in the tune.
But yeah, I think its faster to just write your mileage down for him then to bitch about whether its been covered before and the fundamentals of using search. This is a forum, not a textbook.

I get at least 450/tank out of mine, guess it entirely depends on how u drive and yeah depends on mods and tune.

There was news awhile ago that some petrol stations were selling bad fuel, not sure if you've heard about it. This happened randomly to any brand petrol station. I'm pretty sure Caltex has 98 fuel as well, I use it all the time seems fine
