If u rev match, than hell yeah!, if anything be much louder, and with a untuned ecu, expect some popping and crackling

i would think he means jus dropping a gear like u normally would, not rev matching lol....and than sitting on 4000rpm :S

The quietest rpm range on my crx with b16a, buddy club spec 2 exhaust is a 4000rpm.
To be slower and quieter. you change down gears and try to keep the rpm at 4000.

I never heard that high rpm make car sound quiet, btw while you are inside the car you will not hear the car sounds as you are outside the car. higher gear and lower rpm make the car sound quieter.
I like your story somehow . would u give me a car for free why 5 cars 4 is enough.
