When I looked at the link, it showed a pic of an engine and quite clearly above it was V6 , but now I look at it, I guess it says something about the 4 Cyl being the same power? still, shame they dont put the Legend V6 in one, that would be sweet...

Wondering why you would say lucky we don't CVT?
I thought CVT would be good for fuel economy while cruising, not very good for stop start I know (I have an Audi with CVT)
Personally I think the current gearbox doesn't match well with the engine, causing the high fuel consumption - but this is just my personal opinion.

i had the GD Jazz which came with CVT. if you search around forum/net, i'm sure you will find many owners had problem with it.

althought our 5sp auto isn't state of the art but it's smooth and does a reasonable good job. i think it's fine and match the car. i believe the relative lack of torque + heavy chassis are the main reason for the poor fuel economy.

CVT is terrible. i hate driving any honda with CVT. if it stuffs up it cost alot to fix. plus it just feels gay driving with it.
im not biased, i just tell it how it is.

Website has been updated. Will be on sale in Japan on the 6 Oct.

My personal thoughts are too much chrome so less sporty looking then pre FL...

Looking nice...I am glad they didn't change the front look much as it is already very nice. Can't wait to see more pics of the rear and interior!

Does anyone know the release date for the facelift in OZ?

It would be great if they also give us the V6 option - which I doubt but hey you'll never know
