03 Euro what to do first?

2003 Accord Euro looking pretty stock... what first? grille, kit (Mugen) or exhaust? Going to paint the wheels black in a few weeks! Let me know what you think.
    Thanks in advance.

if your afraid of being defected dont bother, but p platers are allowed as many cosmetic mods as you want, so long as they fit in with vicroads VSI08.

its performance mods that supposedly arent allowed, but i was driving around with lowered springs and a pod filter on my p's and was never hassled for it

how long have u had it for? recommend learning how to drive it firstto get the most of it.
    I have a civic and a euro
i am more confident to fang my civic in all sorts of places regardless of the understeer, leaking shocks, tetris through traffic etc. etc.
Wouldnt do that to my euro just yet but im getting there. But yeah power steering hose is a first must

P.S please dont black those rims with a spray can. those are goregous oem rims dont cheap out on em!

Anyhow, cosmetic mods are blah... You'd be better off with a CT icebox, looks just like a stock intake.
