^ not really, oem system is pretty good.

Stock header with a cat back twin outlet system will only net you around 5-10whp.

Is your car auto or manual and what year?

too much! haha unless your full baller and got heaps of cash to spend.
    OH WERD?!!

Dun get the turbo kit as its so expensive,
1k is pretty gd budget i reckon
Why not getting a J's racing header,
i know someone is selling a brand new one at very good price, like less than 1k, and the installation usually around $300-400,

anyway, is your euro manual or auto?
    if manual,
i will suggest to get excedy clutch kit,
stage 1 will be enough on street, cost $4-500 on ebay include shipping
and you can use the rest money on the labour, not that much i think,
or probably left some to buy the bar stuff!!!

    changing the clutch kit,
    less maximum speed,
    but more power gain!!!
so you will feel huge different when start...

I'd buy light weight flywheel, and exhaust with highflow cat.
    Header afterwards.
    Honda Accord Euro CU2 / Lexus IS-F

agree with you that the first thing will be flywheel,
but then i will perfer header,
put exhaust the last thing because still want some comfortable feeling on my luxury model^^
changing the high flow exhaust will cause so loud in the car...
