If you want advise on which is best i would say Both are great. Ive used both and i prefer Motul because its cheaper and it performs just as well in my b16.
It comes down to personal preferance though, some swear by RP other's motul.

Depends what your car likes, i recommend you try both over time see which one you feel performs better or doesnt burn as much oil.

I wouldnt say this vid is very informative or useful however you may enjoy it:

personally i would recommend Nulon Street & Track Performance 15w50. I use this in my B18C1 with around the same amount of km's as what you have on your B16 and it has held up well after two hard track days and as much street driving as you want to throw at it, and when its around the $70 mark for 5L from Burson Auto Parts, you can't complain at all.
i have found it does not burn off as much as the 10w oils (i used to run 10w60) and the V8 Brutes use it as their control oil =]

Nulon oils are ok, but top of the range oils are brands like"Royal Purple","redline","Elf, "Motul" and the sort...nulon dont have a broad range of engine oils. But then again, who am I to say the're not good. I decided to go with Royal purple which I bought and will see how it goes. Can always change it after 5,000k's to Motul8100.

@ stndrd - Thanks fur your recommendation.

Amsoil/redline/motul/RP are all genuine "synthetic" oils with group 4 or 5 base oil, the budget oof the shelf castrol edge etc are hydrocracked group 3 mineral oils.

I use Nulon 10W-40 in my JDM B16A, as do all of my B-series friends (or at least 7 that immediately come to mind).

Have also heard great things with Amsoil and will be trying that in my Civic when I run out of Magnatec.

Yeah,I've tried a few and for my d16y4 Nulon 5W-40 is best as its a bit thinner but for my mates b's they use 10W-40,Great Stuff.

I forgot to mention,I always use liquid moly's low friction oil treatment when I do an oil change too.

Costs $16,300ml and U just add it in to the fresh oil,it coats all the working parts and causes less friction = lower rpm = free-er revving engine, fuel costs.

But ablot of the higher end full synthetic engine oils already have anti-friction agents in them ain't it?
