Import Jap CRV or Aus CRV?

Hi all ive been looking around to buy a CRV 96-2001 shape but dont know which model to go for, i found a cheap imoprted jdm 96 model does anyone know the diffrence between the australian delivered ones to the Jap ones.
So far all ive noticed is the steering wheel, hand brake, handle on the glove box and that it has a 4 stud pattern compred to aussie 5 stud pattern.
