I visit them enough for my own needs. I don't feel that there's a certain quota I need to meet.
Steelies are the ugly wheels you get on budget rides, to be replaced by aftermarket wheels as soon as possible. That's how I've always viewed steelies, so in a way I see this as a counter-culture against that established tradition, a sort of punk statement. Sprayed black, they actually look alright, so it'll be good to see what they look like on your car.
Should be good to see them once they are one. Hopefully you are getting some major stretch on the tyres!
he wont get much stretch unless he runs a 185/45 or smaller tyre
