These are great -- Carbon lined just like the OEM K Series. rebuilt the box myself, its not that hard, recommend giving it a go if you have access to tools and are a little patient. Do all the bearings at the same time
I can vouch for these syncro's ATM they have been installed for 650 KLMs now and feel great, am about to start punching the box to see how well they handle let's hope it goes good
