    Shifter Bushings.....

Ok stright to the point..... shifter in G/Fs EK4 is sloppy. We are happy with the throw length so just want to tighten the feel of it without going whole new linkages from ITR etc., so I guess bushings are the only alternative.

Recommendations? (polyurathane, OEM, High Density Rubber etc)
    Experiences?
    Preferences?

If specific brand..... where you sourced it from within the Aust. and prices would be just dandy.

If your G/F does not mind a little vibration from the shifter at high rpm i recommend the B&M shift stabilizer kit.
It replaces the rubber bushings with aluminum mounts and the front mount is eccentric so it allows you to locate the shifter further back.
Being tall and having a short shifter this is a great feature.
There is no play in the shift feel whatsoever.

Although then E.S. bushings are a damn sight cheaper.

Yeah we thought about metal ones though would prefer to try with just your regular replacements such as your poly, and rubber ones as a starting point due to the vibration as you mentioned.

Its more of getting a bit more of a solid feel to it, but thanks for bringing it up again for others that are not that familiar with it.
