    What are these?

    Hey I bought a set of GAB ha coilovers. It came with these, what are they and where do they go?

    they are spring seats, they go the other way around to the 3rd pic, looks like those coil overs use your OE upper mounts and those parts will help you locate the springs into your mounts....

    Oh ok thanks, the reason i asked is because my ones are broken upon recieving em. Would these still be usable?

    there urethane and thats fine, they just sit in your top mount replacing the old rubber which you need to remove.

    got any pics of why you think there broken?

    ? there is nothing broken in the above pic, thats how they are. you will find the spring sits tightly over that piece you feel is broken in the centre, with the coils sitting flat on the outer ring.

    you pull the old spring seat out of your OE upper mount and then put that urethane upper seat in its place.
