New window motors, ED civic hatch?

Hey guys. my power windows are working, but only just, they go up at the speed of a snail. So I think they are on their way out. Or are they meant to be like this?

Is there anywhere in Australia that I can pick these up for a decent price?

Try putting some lithium grease on all the rails, and on the actuator. Could just be stiff.
