Dc2 integra blue smoke cost to fix?

I'm looking at a dc2r that's blowing blue smoke and I know it has something to do with the oil, specifically the piston rings or valve seals. How much would it cost to fix something like this? Best and worst case scenario..

I get what you mean it could be anything.
Any rough idea of what it could be? I'm guessing the cars been thrashed would that make it more likely that it's the rings?

You need to make decisions yourself, based on your OWN wants, needs & capacity to get what you want done, done.
