At the risk of sounding harsh,you've been here 5 months which surely would be ample time to find suitable info if you did some reading instead of asking to be spoon fed
A bit of searching or even just browsing the Integra section would do wonders

just put a 5.46 final drive in and it will be the equivalent of a very nice power increase =]

get LSD, gives you good racing line like in video games.
