As long as your ECU aint tuned for that exact crossover, ur car will run lean and you will loose power, running lean will make your engine suffer, also your wallet int the end. If you want lower VTEC engagement, get a tunable ECU and have it retuned as for your wishes. Could be everywhere from p28 with Chrome, Neptune, Hondata to a simple piggyback. Hondata IMO is a bit overkill tho for this kind of build.

VTEC controllers should only be put in a car with at least some kind of tuning device, cheapest route is a piggyback wich probably would work gor your build. but best way is an tunable ecu.

    no problem.
Or you just looking up a chipped p28 and uses any of NepTune, Crome, eCtune, Uberdata wich will be just as good or even better than hondata s100 with your setup. It doesnt really matter in this case, just to choose one that your nearest tuner can handle the best.

    Who won?

    New speakers installed !

6" splits in the front, 6.5" in the rear and a single 6x9 in the centre between the two back seats. All Soundstream. Will post pics up soon

Also a pair of 4-way 6.5" Xplods under the drivers seat and passenger seat for that surround sound

Two amps needed to run all these, 7 speakers + a pair of tweeters all up
