Bolts can come lose under hard driving so it would all depend on your application e.g. track, street etc.

Pedders sell a similar camber bolt for $28. I had em installed recently just before I dropped in some Eibach springs. I also put a dab of fluro hobby paint on em as a marker on the camber bolt as I plan on flipping the stock shocks out over summer. Prob a waste of time but it cant hurt.

If set to either max negative/positive camber and torqued correctly, it shouldnt move. Its only when you dont set it to max theres a chance of slippage.

Had SPC front camber bolts as well when I was on Tein Spings, no issue with them.
