If so then why would you need to change the header and catalytic converter to have a aftermarket exhaust?

JDM DC2R Cats are shorter than AUDM Cats

so unless you modify the exhaust then it will not fit.

If you want to use a jdm catback with audm header then you need the shorter jdm cat along with it

this was to his question "does a JDM cat fit onto a AUDM header" and i said yes it does.

reason why people change the AUDM cat to a JDM cat is so that they can fit a JDM Catback because it will not bolt up onto a AUDM cat.

Unless you need to modify the cat to fit the headers then i am sorry.

i dont see why you should neg rep me tai if his question was clearly a yes or no question and i replied with a "yes it does"

But he would have went and bought a jdm catback, went to have it fitted and half way through realised the catback is too long for his aussie cat and have to put it back on and go buy a jdm cat.
