[CL9] Euro Lux stock HID Ballast replacement

Hi everyone, my headlight beams are quite dim and I figure it may be that the OEM ballast are not performing as well as they should. I did a comparison with other euros and found they have much brighter light than mine. What could it be? can I take the OEM ballast out and replace with china made ballasts that are being sold in a kit for about $50? Also is there any modifications that I need to do to fit the ballast? Please someone tell me what I should do.

    Cheers
