Is this Conversion Possible! eg ek fans!

Was searching the net for different shades of red for a respray on my eg and came across this sexy thing. Anyone got any details how its possible? I fail @ all panel beating lol

Is it matter of fact just ripping out my em1 front bar and bolting it on to my eg, i dont think the fenders or the bonnet would accept this.

its possible, if i recalled, to get it done the right way, you need to cut and weld the fenders, so half is eg and half is ek. pretty sure there are users on here that have done it, go check out the build threads

It's. Called an egk. You use the back half of the eg guard and front of the ek guard. And bonnet needs to be full custom. Rad support needs to be full custom too I think. It's lots of work. I've thought about doing it but I got cbf

IMO it looks sh1t... the sharper lines from ek front end do not match with the rest of the round eg body...

    It's unique.

Custom cf bonnet from china 300$
    Ek front bar replica $100
    Ek L/R guard $100 each

Rad support $150? I'm not sure about this one.

Guards. Custom work. Maybe $300 a side?
And then paint closing on $1000.

Probably looking close to $3000 if not more

you just need to remove the eg rad support with spot weld drill bit, then tack a ek one on.

with the fenders some people trace out ek lines on the eg one, i personally think just a cut and shut on eg fenders with the ek front half is easier and smoother . you have to do good measuring to make it perfect.

the bonnet is ek ofcourse. and front bar and grill ek.

it looks awsome to me, do it. i was actually gonna do this in 2007 lol, had i not just bought a ek instead hahah
