Type R Grill for an EK

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a Grill for my EK to get rid of the standard chrome one.
I have seen the DIY but i would like to keep my stock one.

Is there any difference in these 2?

One of them is a 1 piece Molded-In mesh grill

And the other has Metal mesh

Sorry to sound like a noob, is there any difference? will the metal mesh come loose or rattle?
