    DC2R Drivers auto power window switch

    Hey guys,

    Just wanting to know with the auto function on the drivers power window switch,is it only auto up? because mine doesnt auto down....??

    if its ment to auto down too,doesnt any1 know what is causing this problem?

    Yes it's ment to auto down aswell

    switch might be on its way out, be careful as it might burnout the motor if it get stuck on 'auto up' position. apparently its a common problem for dc2s.

    switches are roughly 50 bucks second hand, you can use vtir switch as well (seem to pop up for sale more often then the switches from the type r)

    yeah its supposed to go auto up and down but mine only did auto up

    didnt bother me at the time though

    sweet as guys, ill trying cleaning the contacts if that doesn't yield any results looks like ill be sourcing another switch then

    Mines neither auto up or down, would replacing the switch piece fix this?

    Mine is auto up only as well..... Doesn't bother me much but might try and fix it if it's easy
