ALB & intrac error codes

I have a 1991 EF5 (OBD0) and currently the ALB (ABS) and intrac/4wd lights are illuminated.

Would anyone know how i can read and interpret the codes? Even better if someone can find me a workshop manual specifically for the ALB & intrac system
