I'd also add-

Basic tools
Spare coolant/water
Fuel filled to whatever level

At the least. I am sure there is more, never been to the track myself!

Yes, those are things that you would check before you get to the track. The list I made is meant to check everything once you get there. Ofcorse you would have a bunch of things you would need to check and prepare some time in advance to the track day.

Check wheel nuts using a torque wrench, not a wheel brace.... before you go ontrack each time, not just once in the morning.
