Booked in for a service on Friday (160k km). Got quoted $670 from dealer..Will bring in my own oil so should drive the price a bit down

isn't 'full major service' the timing chain water pump and what not? isn;t it more expensive then that?

No the major service is like oil gearbox flushes. You don't need to change a timing chain
