    B16A/A2 intake/tb - jdm vs audm

    Hi,

I have been trying to find out if the JDM B16A intake manifold and throttle body is identical the the one on my AUDM B16A2. I am able to score a JDM one for free but if it makes no difference there's no point. From the unspecific information I have come across they seem to be the same..

    cheers for the help

They are pretty much the same bore size, sensor mounting points etc.

some differs the accelerator cable mounting bracket - (JDM vs AUDM) but should bolt up nicely.

Power wise - no difference at all unless you start boring the IM & TB.
B to BFrank to K .... ive had it ......

Both are the same, if you want to upgrade IM, get your self a Oem b18 type R IM, bolt straight up on your b16a

This. Port the ITR one first though IMO (not quite as large as gasket for anti-reversion). Will also need the ITR TB, fuel rail and injectors.
