Best oil for b16a2

This has probably been asked millions of times before, most people say it's a matter of opinion and some say it's to do with the climate.

Just wanted to know in your opinion and experience what is the best oil to use is.

So far I'm going with Royal Purple Synthetic 10w40.

atm im using castrol edge 10w40 and im happy with it, servicing it every 5000ks

at the end of the day, as long as you get a decent oil from a well known brand, you should be fine. i reckon people overthink it, like my self, and then placebo effects and everything happen causing all these fotm oils to spread everywhere.
a decent 5-30,10-30 or 10-40 should do, synthetic preferably
