owner ship should be changed within 7 or 14 days or some shiz, it says on the papers.

It's been over 14 days, The car needed some work, and still have to do rwc. They give 30 days to get rwc after you transfer the car to your name. That's what i know :S.

Isn't it the opposite way?? Once you have a rwc you have 30 days to transfer reg or the certificate becomes void? I thought you were not allowed to transfer registration unless you had the rwc?

you can transfer the car to your name, before doing rwc, but they give u only 30days to apply for rwc. Also rwc is valid for 30 days
