EG breeze non electric mirror folds completely?

As above image, just wondering if the manually adjusted mirror on EGs folds completely or only partially/doesnt fold only springs like some cars.

Reason being I am about to buy a non geniune, manual only mirror for my eg and I need to fold it completely at times. It's been a while since I owned a Breeze and can't remember for sure.

Yep they fold and lock into that position. 100%
