Install a rev taco, in a car which doesnt have one...

    Hi guys,
i have a 1997 honda civic ek hatchback.
It doesnt currently have a rev meter and i was wondering if it is easy/possible to add one, in a separate taco, or maybe by swapping in a new cluster.

    Thankls for your help.

Gli would be the best/easiest/cheapest direct fit option

This is the best option - i did the swap to my EK1 the other day, it literally took 25mins including swapping the speedo part so i kept the same kms.

as the guise said, get from an ek gli. easier to swap the cluster as a whole rather than just the taco itself cos its hard to make taco from scratch you need ground beef and all that. maybe easier to buy the kit

    Lol anyway.....

Op if you have trouble finding a cluster in OZ you can pick them up on ebay, usually have to avoid american ones as they are in mph, german ebay seems to have a few going around for decent prices.
