    Gen2 tin-top was 890kg, everything else weighs more.

    Bludger is quite right, the roof adds a lot of weight plus increased safety precautions from Gen2 to Gen3.

    Yeah they shouldn't mislead people on Redbook by quoting 899kgs

    Haha will do. Yeah I personally think b18 don't got much torque so I don't think I'll like b16s unless in an eg

    You can save a few kg by converting as many bolts and screws to titanium

    Also control arms to forged alloy and aftermarket brake calipers

    When it was stock, i dunno what it weighs now but in race trim it has nothing in the boot, no carpet, sound deadner, rear trims top and bottom compartments, heater/blowerbox, lighter bucket seats
    so all that probably adds to about -50kg in weight i reckon? so 1030kg or so without driver in race trim

    The K20 weighs about the same as B16 engine with ac and ps but mine is running no p/s a/c so minus about 20kg or so aswell but hey whos counting >? lol

    that dosnt sound right. But I'm not gonna say your wrong.

    Last time I had mine weighed (friends works fancy ass car lift tells you your weight) mine came in at 1150 with me in and everything in (plus a huge sub box and two subs) so I was happy.

    They weigh pretty much the same , within a few kg of each other give or take. Search it up if you don't believe me, plenty on dudes in USA weigh them for fun
